Today - Firelands Indivisible is organizing a No Kings Mass Mobilization Day from noon to 2 p.m. in Exchange Park in Vermilion, one of the organization's multiple events planned across Erie and Huron counties to coincide with coordinated protests planned nationwide. For information, visit the Firelands Indivisible Facebook page. - The Brownhelm Historical Association has amassed a sizable family genealogy collection and is opening its archives to the public for those interested in researching local family lineages. Family names featured in the March genealogical session will include Lutz and Whittlesey. Drop in at 1 p.m. at the Historic Brownhelm School, 1950 N. Ridge Road, Vermilion. The BHA will display historic family photos and other interesting documents along with genealogy records. Sessions are free and open to the public.
