Elyria police Monday, Nov. 4 1:06 a.m. — 300 block of East Bridge St., warrant service. Keith M. Watson Jr., 33, of East Bridge Street, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain County Sheriff's Office and taken to the Lorain County Jail. 10:01 a.m. — Lorain County Jail, 9896 Murray Ridge Road, warrant service. Arron Tenoschok, 42, of Grafton Road in Carlisle Township, was arrested on three warrants through Elyria Municipal Court in two criminal cases and a traffic case in 2024. He was being held at the jail. 10:05 a.m. — 700 block of 16th St., disturbance. Jorge Bordonada, 36, of 16th Street, and Angel Torres, 32, of Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, were arrested: Torres on a warrant through the Lorain Police Department, and Bordonada on a felony drug possession charge and a misdemeanor obstructing official business charge. The two were suspected in being involved in a disturbance in which a woman called 911, whispered, then screamed. Bordonada ran from police, and when caught had 3.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine and four bullets in his pocket. Torres also was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, for having a glass drug pipe on him. Both were taken to the Lorain County Jail. 10:06 a.m. — 5300 block of Detroit Road, Sheffield, warrant service. Daniel Wheary, 47, of Erie Street, was arrested on two warrants through Elyria Municipal Court. Avon police handed custody of Wheary over to an Elyria officer and he was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 2:40 p.m. — Lorain County Jail, 9896 Murray Ridge Road, warrant service. Anthony Seybert, 24, of High Street, was arrested on a warrant through Elyria Municipal Court. He was being held at the jail. 10:22 p.m. — McDonald's, 595 Broad St., obstructing. Doniel Mitchell, 48, of Lowell Street, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business. Mitchell was causing a disturbance over coffee, and management asked officers to remove him from the property. Mitchell refused to identify himself, was taken into custody and taken to the Lorain County Jail. Tuesday, Nov. 5 8:25 a.m. — 100 block of Lincoln Court, warrant service. Justin Kight, 30, of Lincoln Court, was arrested on a warrant through the State Highway Patrol and handed over to the custody of a trooper. 11:36 a.m. — Lorain County Jail, 9896 Murray Ridge Road, warrant service. Cameron Young, 34, of East 29th Street in Lorain, was arrested on a warrant through the Elyria Police Department. Young turned himself in at the jail and was booked pending arraignment. 3:48 p.m. — 1800 block of Middle Ave., warrant service. Neaveha Franklin, 19, of Middle Avenue, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain Police Department and handed over to the custody of Lorain police. 4:06 p.m. — 100 block of Oak St., drug possession. Darryl Pilarsh, 48, of Bellfield Avenue, was arrested on a felony drug possession charge and misdemeanor obstructing official business charge, and cited with driving under suspension and failing to use a turn signal, both misdemeanors. Stopped for failing to signal a turn on his motorcycle, Pilarsh gave a fake name, which he later admitted he did because he knew he had warrants. Less than 1 gram of suspected methamphetamine was found in his left sock. Pilarsh was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 4:35 p.m. — 700 block of Lake Ave., drug possession. Troy Costigan, 46, of Erie Street, was arrested on felony fentanyl and methamphetamine possession charges, a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession charge, and cited with a misdemeanor red light violation. Costigan was on his bike and failed to stop at a red light. He acted suspiciously and was found to have 5.7 grams of meth, 1.2 grams of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia on him. Costigan was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 8:19 p.m. — 200 block of Jackson Ave., warrant service. Jerimiah Major, 23, of Poe Avenue in Cleveland, was arrested on a warrant through the Ashland County Sheriff's Office and handed over to the custody of a deputy. Wednesday, Nov. 6 12:25 a.m. — 1100 block of Garden St., domestic violence. Mark Lee Kately II, 23, of Garden Street, was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge and a misdemeanor assault charge. Kately gave a woman a black eye and hit her in the head causing a cut. He was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 3:19 a.m. — Lorain County Jail, 9896 Murray Ridge Road, warrant service. Amanda Ray, 40, of Caroline Avenue in Lorain, was arrested on a warrant through Elyria Municipal Court in a 2022 criminal case. She was being held at the jail. 4:51 a.m. — Speedway, 710 Griswold Road, stolen vehicle. Krystalyn Morris, 34, of Lowell Street in Elyria Township, was arrested on a felony charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle. The owner of a red 2016 Ford Escape told officers he left the SUV running for three minutes while he went in the store, then came out to see it being stolen. License plate cameras helped officers track the stolen SUV, and it was found approximately 90 minutes later outside the Friendship gas station at 41186 Beechwood Drive by its owner. The owner followed it to the Twin Wells Mobile Home Park on Reid Avenue in Lorain, before Morris abandoned it and stole a gray Toyota Tacoma. When stopped, Morris told officers she and her boyfriend were "paranoid and homeless" and that she had taken the SUV to escape Elyria police officers whom she believed had shot and killed her boyfriend, which never happened and wasn't true. She was taken first to Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital, then to the Lorain County Jail. 8:23 a.m. — 6100 block of Gateway Boulevard South, trespass. John H. Atwood, 45, of Gladys Court in Oberlin, was arrested on a misdemeanor criminal trespassing charge. A caller said Atwood was in her front yard, hallucinating, and had been banned from the property in the past. Atwood was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 12:16 p.m. — 41200 block of North Ridge Road, Elyria Township, warrant service. Sylvester Hayes, 39, of Gary Avenue in Lorain, was arrested on a warrant through Elyria Municipal Court in a 2024 traffic case. He was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 6:06 p.m. — 1100 block of Garden St., domestic violence. Glenn A. Davis III, 26, of Melvyn Lane, was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence, assault, and criminal damaging charges. Davis was intoxicated, assaulted a woman, broke her $1,500 Visio 70-inch television, then left her residence. He was arrested and taken to the Lorain County Jail. Thursday, Nov. 7 12:04 a.m. — Sixth Street and Middle Avenue, warrant service. Alandria Sanford, 34, of Fairmount Avenue, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain County Sheriff's Office and taken to the Lorain County Jail. 12:51 a.m. — 1100 block of Garden St., domestic violence. Jayden Rumack, 24, of Garden Street, was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence and assault charges. Rumack kicked and pushed a woman out of bed, hit her in the mouth knocking out some dental work and broke her acrylic nails. He was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 4:10 a.m. — Fourth Street and Middle Avenue, warrant service. Jonathan S. Johnson, 33, of Pasnow Avenue in Cleveland, was arrested on a warrant through the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office and taken to the Lorain County Jail. Johnson was in a car stopped by police. The driver, 38-year-old Ricardo M. Johnson of Henkel Court, was cited with failure to stop before a sidewalk, a misdemeanor, and released. 11:23 a.m. — Lorain County Jail, 9896 Murray Ridge Road, warrant service. Ajaisha Worthy, 22, of Camden Avenue in Lorain, was arrested on three warrants through Elyria Municipal Court in three cases from 2023. She was being held at the jail. 11:55 a.m. — 100 block of Bell Ave., warrant service. Damian Partin, 46, of Charleston Avenue in Lorain, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain County Sheriff's Office and taken to the Lorain County Jail. 12:56 p.m. — 2200 block of Fowl Road, weapons violations. Nancy A. Lane, 38, and Nathaniel L. Lane, 18, both of Fairfield Court, were cited and a male juvenile was arrested: Nancy Lane on a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor; Nathaniel Lane on a misdemeanor charge of discharging a firearm within city limits; and the juvenile on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business. A neighbor said a male suspect fired a semiautomatic rifle into the air behind the home. The juvenile at first said he fired the gun, but Nathaniel Lane then admitted to it. The juvenile admitted lying "because he did not believe that Nathaniel would admit to it." Gunshot residue tests were conducted, the juvenile was taken to the Lorain County Detention Home and the Lanes cited and released. 7:05 p.m. — Oxford Avenue and Garford Avenue, drug investigation. Roderick B. Cross Jr., 32, of Fox Hill Lane, was arrested on felony drug trafficking, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and illegal oxycodone possession charges, a misdemeanor obstructing official business charge, and a warrant through the Elyria Police Department in a 2024 aggravated menacing case, a misdemeanor. Officers responding to a 911 hang-up call saw Cross, who ran from them. When Cross surrendered, there was a bag of 9.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine, two doses of fentanyl and 10 oxycodone pills under him, along with $430 cash and an iPhone. A second phone was found along his escape route. Cross was taken to the Lorain County Jail. 7:39 p.m. — Walmart, 1000 Chestnut Commons Drive, theft. Tatyanna A. Scott, 20, of Middle Avenue, was cited with a misdemeanor theft charge. Scott was caught on camera stealing $125.73 worth of merchandise including children's clothing and toys while paying for other merchandise. She was released by store loss prevention, but found at her apartment, cited, and released with a summons to appear in Elyria Municipal Court on Nov. 13.
