Wednesday, Oct. 16 7:02 a.m. - 5200 block of South Street, juvenile complaint; one juvenile was trespass warned from a residence and two juveniles was cited for being unruly juvenile. 10:38 a.m. - 4200 block of Liberty Avenue, theft complaint; report of someone picking up another person's prescriptions without authorization. 11:22 p.m. - 900 block of Exchange Street, telecommunications harassment complaint. 2:40 p.m. - 4500 block of Liberty Street, minor two-vehicle accident on private property. 3:18 p.m. - 1500 block of Vermilion Road, report of an altercation between two juveniles. 5:48 p.m. - 2300 block of Vermilion Road, minor one-vehicle accident. Saturday, Oct. 19 10:44 a.m. - 1400 block of Lexington Avenue, criminal damaging report involving a vehicle's window being shattered. 4:09 p.m. - Liberty Avenue, traffic stop; driver Charley Joseph George, 53, of Westlake was charged with improper turning, obstructing official business and resisting arrest and taken to Erie County Jail awaiting his court appearance. Sunday, Oct. 20 11:52 a.m. - Edgewater Drive, criminal damaging complaint involving damage to the swingsets to Showse Park. 3:22 p.m. - 4200 block of Liberty Avenue, traffic stop; citations issued for expired plates and driving under suspension. Monday, Oct. 21 11:47 a.m. - 600 block of Guilford Road, telecommunications harassment complaint. 3:41 p.m. - Douglas Street, non-injury vehicle accident. Tuesday, Oct. 22 12:26 a.m. - Overlook Road, traffic stop; Jerry Michael Coleman, 54, no address listed was charged with possession of fentanyl and cited for maintaining continuous lanes of traffic and texting while driving. Wednesday, Oct. 23 9:33 a.m. - 500 block of Washington Street, trespassing complaint. 2:01 p.m. - Liberty Avenue, non-injury accident. 2:21 p.m. - 900 block of Nautical Drive, junk vehicle complaint, citation issued. Thursday, Oct. 24 5:03 p.m. - Aldrich Road, non-injury vehicle accident. Friday, Oct. 25 9:43 a.m. - 700 block of Grand Street, lost property. 1:49 p.m. - 5700 block of Liberty Avenue, assisted emergency medical personnel with a transport to the hospital for evaluation. 1:52 p.m. - 700 block of Aurora Drive, caller reported a man was struck by a mail truck and an argument was in progress; the struck pedestrian left the area prior to to officers' arrival but later gave a statement. He was referred to the Postmaster for further assistance with his claim. Saturday, Oct. 26 5:15 a.m. - South Street, traffic stop; citation issued for driving under suspension. 2:41 p.m. - Ferndale Avenue, non-injury vehicle accident. 3:43 p.m. - Tappan Circle, non-injury vehicle accident. Sunday, Oct. 27 6:20 p.m. - Liberty Avenue, found license plate. 11:23 p.m. - Niagara Road, a man seen walking through a parking lot was recognized to have an active warrant for child support through Lorain County; he was taken into custody and taken to Lorain County Jail.
