North Ridgeville police Sunday, Jan. 21 1:15 p.m. — Marc's, Center Ridge Road, theft. Store employees reported a theft. Carmen Concepcion, 51, of Cleveland, was later arrested on a misdemeanor theft charge. Wednesday, Jan. 24 12:16 p.m. — 83 & Chestnut Pub and Eatery, Avon Belden Road, fraud. A woman reported being the victim of a fraud sometime between Jan. 17 and Jan. 24. A report was taken. Sunday, Jan. 28 3:49 a.m. — Mills Creek Lane, traffic complaint. Sarah Burner, 29, of Westlake, was cited with failure to stop after an accident and failure to control, both misdemeanors. Officers were dispatched to a report of a car stuck in a ditch in the 5000 block of Mills Creek Lane. The owner had reported the car stolen to OnStar, but couldn't be found at the scene. Monday, Jan. 29 10:32 a.m. — Franklin and Ichabod drives, traffic complaint. Mishgan Abdullah, 29, of Franklin Drive, was cited with failure to stop for a school bus, a misdemeanor. An officer investigated a complaint of a vehicle passing a stopped school bus that was loading children and issued a citation. 1:07 p.m. — Location not given, North Ridgeville, violating a protection order. A woman reported a possible violation of a protection order. Information was taken for a report. Tuesday, Jan. 30 7:13 a.m. — Eastview Avenue, stolen vehicle. An officer took a report of a car theft. 4:30 p.m. — Lexington Way, death investigation. A 64-year-old man was reported dead. The Lorain County Coroner's Office released the body to a funeral home of the family's choosing. Wednesday, Jan. 31 4:32 a.m. — Transform and Renew Arms, Center Ridge Road, breaking and entering. 8:23 a.m. — Franklin and Ichabod drives, traffic complaint. David Andrikanich, 43, of Winfield Lane, was cited with failure to stop for a school bus, a misdemeanor. He was ordered to appear in North Ridgeville Mayor's Court. 9:16 a.m. — Fern Tree Lane, fraud. A man reported someone bought an iPhone without his permission through Spectrum Mobile. A report was taken. Thursday, Feb. 1 6:09 p.m. — Liberty Elementary School, Jaycox Road, operating a vehicle impaired. Jaime Haithcock, 46, of Forest Park Drive, was arrested on felony DUI and misdemeanor child endangering charges. Officers responded to the school for a report of an intoxicated woman driving with a child in the car. Friday, Feb. 2 1:45 p.m. — Center Ridge Road and Barton Road, traffic complaint. Anthony Bilski, 36, of Center Ridge Road, was cited with failure to stop for a school bus, a misdemeanor. Sunday, Feb. 4 10:09 a.m. — Chestnut Ridge Road, fraud. A woman reported being scammed by an unknown person on the internet between Jan. 1 and Feb. 4. Monday, Feb. 5 9:55 a.m. — Atlantic Avenue, theft. A woman reported fraud involving the digital payment network Zelle. Tuesday, Feb. 6 6:47 a.m. — Bridgeport Drive, fraud. Two victims reported fraud via an internet pop-up. 12:11 p.m. — Lorain and Bagley roads, traffic complaint. After an investigation, David Ring, 81, of Bluffstone Circle, was cited Feb. 10 with failure to stop for a school bus, a misdemeanor. He was ordered to appear in North Ridgeville Mayor's Court. 12:17 p.m. — Center Ridge and Barton roads, traffic complaint. John Waltjen, 75, of North Ridgeville, was cited with failure to stop for a school bus, a misdemeanor. 10:55 p.m. — Glen Drive, missing person. Officers took a missing persons report. Wednesday, Feb. 7 8:37 a.m. — Gatestone Drive and Woodspring Circle, traffic complaint. Marie Zingalis, 22, of North Ridgeville, was cited with failure to stop for a school bus, a misdemeanor. 11:23 a.m. — Root and Sprague roads, falsification. A driver stopped by police for a registration violation gave a fake name and date of birth. The driver's true identity was only learned later and a felony charge of identity fraud along with misdemeanor falsification, driving under suspension and display of plates charges will be served at a later date. 7:17 p.m. — North Ridgeville Police Department, Avon Belden Road, lost/found property. Found property was reported. Saturday, Feb. 10 3:32 a.m. — Paula Boulevard, psychiatric situation. A man was taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. 12:46 p.m. — Case Road, fraud. A woman made a fraud report. Monday, Feb. 12 6:50 p.m. — Prestige Intermodal, Marsh Place, fraud. An officer took a fraud report. Tuesday, Feb. 13 3:24 p.m. — AutoZone, Center Ridge Road, property damage. A man reported damage to his car that happened between Dec. 31 and Feb. 13.
