Austin Peay State University CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee — Austin Peay State University recognized Ishmael Guerrero from Sheffield as one of the students named to the dean's list for academic achievement during the fall of 2023. The following students received awards: Avon: Maya Morris received the Student Senate Conscientious Award. The award is given by Student Government in recognition of outstanding commitment to and leadership in student Senate and successful representation of constituents through service as a student senator. Grafton: Amanda Schaefer received the Student Senate Conscientious Award. The award is given by Student Government in recognition of outstanding commitment to and leadership in student Senate and successful representation of constituents through service as a student senator. Lorain: Manimone Sengvoravong received the Brain Center Outstanding Leader of the Year Award. The award is given in recognition of outstanding leadership, teamwork and communication; contributions made to the Brain Center for community engagement and service as a member of the Brain Center leadership team. BEREA — Jill Ward of Amherst was nominated by faculty and staff to take part in Baldwin Wallace University's 129th annual White Rose Ceremony. She was asked to participate in recognition of her special contributions to life at BW. BEREA — Tyler Rowe from North Ridgeville was among eight Baldwin Wallace men's rugby student-athletes selected as a National Collegiate Rugby 2022-23 Scholastic All-American. BEREA — Hanna Lemaster from Avon was among seven Baldwin Wallace women's rugby student-athletes selected as a National Collegiate Rugby 2022-23 Scholastic All-American.
