Patsy Ruth Dixon

Patsy Ruth Dixon, 81, of Elyria, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 at of natural causes. She was born July 3, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee, to Paul and Catherine Dixon. Patsy lived most of her life in Ohio. She was a 1959 graduate of Midview High School. She loved her cats, Tigger and Tinker, country music, playing Bingo, and most of all her family and friends. She is survived by her sisters, Lois Thompson of North Virginia and Paula (Jeff) Meadows of Elyria; her aunt, JoDean Payne of Orlinda, Tennessee; many cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. They will all miss her love and humor. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janice and brother, Jackie. Family will receive friends Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. at Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria, OH 44035. Burial will be private in Cross Plains, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, Patsy would wish donations be made to Friendship Animal Protective League of Lorain County, 8303 Murray Ridge Rd., Elyria, OH 44035.
