Tanya S. Knoble

Tanya S. Knoble (nee Novak), 59, of Henrietta, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, following a long battle with cancer. Tanya, a lifetime resident of Henrietta, was born February 14, 1963 in Amherst, graduating from South Amherst High School in 1981. Tanya worked at H&R Block and Schill Ground Management. She also worked for Knoble Concrete for many years with her husband, Joe and her sons. Outside of work, she loved camping in the midwest with her husband and bass fishing with her two sons and husband in Minnesota and Canada. For 37 years, Joe and Tanya were best friends. No matter what they were doing, they just enjoyed being together with their boys. Survivors include her husband, Joseph 'Joe' R. Knoble; her sons, Joseph J. Knoble of Henrietta and John M. Knoble of Henrietta; her brothers, Jim (Christian) Novak of Birmingham and Jeffery (Paula) Novak of North Olmsted, and her sister, Tammy (Mike) Menzing of Elyria. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Donna Novak (nee Walker). The family requests that attendees please dress 'casual' out of respect for Tanya. Public visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Hempel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held the following day on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 12 Noon in the funeral home.
