Bonnie L. Garrett

Bonnie L. Garrett (nee Reed), 87, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 12, 2021. She was born June 6, 1934 and graduated from Avon High School in 1952. She was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Bonnie loved gardening outside, solving puzzles, playing games, going to the beach, and watching sports. She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Lynn Garrett of Avon; three children, Beverly (Marty) Lescher of Elyria, Kimberly (Gary) Peaco of Mars, Pennsylvania and Dale (Beth) Garrett of Avon; cousin, Jay Cinco of Euclid; grandchildren, Bethany, Brittany, Megan, Matthew, Ryan, Evan, Lincoln and Lena and great-grandson, Leon. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rodney and Dorothy Reed; brother, William 'Duke' (Bobbie) Reed and aunt and uncle, Janet and Rudolph Cinco. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Misencik Funeral Home, 36363 Detroit Rd., Avon, where a service will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
