Here are five of my favorite nonfood birthday freebies. Sephora: Sign up to become a Sephora Beauty Insider (it's free to do online or in-store), and you'll get a free birthday reward mini beauty bundle! This reward is valid any time during your birthday month and offers trial sizes on name-brand products. On my last birthday, I was able to grab a small makeup kit that had primer, blush and mascara. Redbox: When you join Redbox Perks, you'll get a free one-night DVD rental. You can use this offer any time during the month of your birthday, which gives you much more time to decide between a romance, comedy or drama flick. Ulta: You can join Ulta's Ultamate Rewards in-store or online. You'll get points every time you shop and a free birthday gift. Ulta will send you an email, and you can choose any day during the month of your birthday to pick up your freebie. To keep it fresh, this birthday freebie changes quarterly. DSW: The DSW VIP Rewards program (that sounds so official) offers you a $5 birthday offer each year. While $5 won't buy you a pair of shoes, DSW offers socks and accessories in its stores, which is perfect for this coupon. This offer will arrive by email and is valid any day during your birthday month. CVS: The CVS ExtraCare Beauty Club will send you a surprise on your birthday. In the past, I've received coupons for free CVS-brand products, free beauty products like nail polish, and $3 ExtraBucks Rewards (this can be spent like cash in the store). You can sign up in-store or online but be sure to enter your birthday to score this freebie. This week's deal Here's a deal to grab this week at Walgreens.
