Delivery Issues

Your paper is delivered by postal mail and will arrive alongside your normal mail delivery. We no longer redeliver missed papers. To request a credit, please call the Customer Service Department 1-800-848-6397.

Vacation/Temporary Stops

Your home delivery can be paused at any time on active accounts. To place a temporary stop click here to sign in to your account and select "Vacations" under "Subscription Links" or call customer service you must enter a stop date AND a restart date to place a temporary stop. Next day stops are possible however you must enter your stop request by the following deadlines:

Tuesday - Friday: Enter request by the previous day, 9 a.m.
Saturday, Monday: Enter request by previous Friday at 9 a.m.

You may place a temporary hold up to 6 weeks in advance and make changes to the dates by contacting customer service. Please note we are no longer able to hold papers however if your stop is less than 14 days you can receive credit for any undelivered newspapers, which will extend your subscription. Additionally, you have the option to donate this credit to local schools through the Newspapers in Education program. If your stop is longer than 14 days you will be contacted by customer service to review options.

Edition copies

Back issues for the last year are available in our office. You can come to our office and purchase Wednesday - Friday issues for $2.50, and Saturday issues for $3.50. If you are requesting issues older than 2 weeks currently, a 24 hour notice is needed. We also offer mail delivery of back issues. Wednesday - Friday issues sent through the mail are available for $5.50 per issue. Saturday issues sent through the mail are available for $7.50. All mail order back issues must be prepaid. Please call our Customer Service Department for further details.

Paying your Bill
Payments can be made over the phone by calling our Customer Service Department or by accessing your customer account online here. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You can also return your billing statement with your check or money order. Payments can also be made at any Discount Drug Mart in Lorain County. EZpay Terms
EZ Pay enrollment authorizes the credit or debit card provided to be charged the cost of the selected subscription automatically at the time of renewal. If you are enrolled in the EZ pay payment program please be aware that the automatic payment will be withdrawn up to 7 days before your expiration date. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service or logging into you customer account. Please note there are no refunds issued for partial term cancellations. Your access will remain active until the time your paid subscription period ends. Once a payment has been processed it cannot be reversed. We do maintain the ability to issue refunds or credits at our discretion.
